SongZai International Holding Group, Inc. is a public company listed on NASDAQ stock market in the US. SongZai wholly owns Heilongjiang Tong Gong Mining Co., Ltd. ("Tong Gong Mining"), a modern enterprise with the main businesses of exploring coal mining resources, research & development, coal production & sales. Currently, Tong Gong Mining has a coal mining located on Han Da Qi Town, Hei He City, Heilongjing Province, 103 miles east from Hei He City, 96 miles west from Nen Jiang City. The transportation is convenient because the local highway is only 0.3 mile from the coal regions and there is independent rail system for shipping in the mining area. The conditions for the coal reserve and the reclamation are very good. It is so-called bituminous coal, and the average moisture is 4.09%, ash: 21%, volatility: 43.92%, the percentage of gas is low, and the heat is 24 Mj/kg. It's medium-ash, medium-sulfur, medium-phosphor, low-stickiness coal. Due to the high heat ability, the coal can be used for powering various industries including electric generation, chemical industry, glass production, pharmacy, etc. The mining region is part of Hei He Yi Hao Coal, and the geologic structure is simple. According to the exploration report regarding the coal reserve and the mining status in this coal region, the grade for this coal region is 112b, and the reserve for reclamation is 4.42 million tons without application of expensive scrubbing technology. If the reserve is used for industrial production, it's approximately 6 million or above. It's estimated that the annual reclamation ability is .15 - .25 million tons, thus, the coal reserve will be continuously used for approximately 25 years.
The coal produced from Tong Gong Mining is distributed to Hei He City, Nen Jiang City, which are close to the coal region, and is also shipped to Harbin, Qiqihar, Da Qing, etc., which are big and medium cities in the north east of China.
Tong Gong Mining has a high-quality management team with advanced technology. Most of them earn their bachelor degrees and the team leaders graduated from Mining Institution with Master Degree or had expensive experienced in the state-owned mining companies. |
